Matrix Mind (“we”, “our”, or “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use our mobile application (“the App”).

2. Information We Collect

We collect limited technical and usage information to operate, maintain, and improve the App.

This may include:

• Device information (such as device model and operating system version)
• App usage data (such as game events, session duration, and feature interactions)
• App version and build number
• A pseudonymous app instance identifier (Firebase App Instance ID)
• Language and region settings

We do not collect:

• Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
• Account or login information
• Precise location data
• Photos, contacts, or media files
• Advertising identifiers unless you explicitly allow tracking (see Section 6)

3. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

• Understand how the App is used
• Improve gameplay and user experience
• Monitor performance and stability
• Detect and fix bugs or crashes

We do not:

• Sell your data
• Use analytics data for advertising personalization
• Share your data with third parties for marketing purposes

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process analytics and technical data based on our legitimate interest in:

• Improving the quality and functionality of the App
• Ensuring stability, security, and performance
• Understanding aggregated usage patterns

This processing is limited and does not involve direct identification of users.

5. Data Storage and Security

Data is processed using secure, industry-standard infrastructure provided by Google Firebase (Google Cloud Platform).

• Analytics and crash-related data are stored securely and access-controlled
• Game progress and history are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers

6. Advertising and App Tracking Transparency

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners.

• We do not track you across apps or websites without your permission
• If advertising technologies require access to the device advertising identifier (IDFA), you will be asked for permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework
• If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, IDFA will not be accessed
• Your ATT choice applies only to advertising and does not affect app functionality

We may also run advertising campaigns on external platforms to promote the App. These campaigns are managed by the advertising platforms themselves and do not involve additional data collection within the App.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase Analytics – to understand app usage
• Firebase Crashlytics – to monitor crashes and app stability
• Advertising SDKs – to display ads, subject to your ATT choice

These services may process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

8. Data Retention

Analytics and technical data are retained only for as long as necessary to analyze app performance and improve the App, in accordance with Firebase’s data retention policies.

Local game data is removed when you uninstall the App.

9. Your Rights

• Request access to or deletion of analytics data
• Object to certain data processing activities
• Ask questions about how your data is used
